The Gladstone Outdoor Swimming Pool operates between the months of June to August.

Situated near the Gladstone Campground, the new pool will feature several leisure amenities, including:
 

Four lane 18.288 meter lap pool

zero-depth beach-like entry 

Integrated wading pool

Lazy river    

Water Umbrella sprinkler and geysers

Diving board 

Grassed lounge area with picnic tables

Water slide

Brand new pool building with beautiful change rooms

     

Admission Costs:


Single Session:

Youth (5 to 13) - $5.00

Adult (14 and older) - $7.00

Senior (Age 55+) -$5.00

Spectator Fee $2.00 

Infant (4 and Under) - FREE (With Paid Adult Admission)


Per Session:

Parent and Tots -$5.00 

(Parent and Tots is a drop in class focused on the parent and the toddler, this class will only be in the shallow end and runs the same time as Aqua Fit )

Aqua Fit- $5.00 

Aqua Fit is a drop in class (Located mid water)

Lap Swim- $5.00 


Season Passes:
Family Pass (One family unit that resides in same household) $200.00
Single Pass: $100.00

Swimming Lesson Fees:
Preschool 1-3 $65.00
Swimmer Level 1-6 $70.00

POOL SUMMER CALENDAR 


Private Pool Bookings will be available;

Saturday's from 10am-12pm and Sundays from 10am-12pm

Private Pool Booking Fees: $ 140 PER HOUR (Up to 60 people)

$35 PER HOUR if extra lifeguard is needed.




Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations

Our rules and regulations are in place to ensure patrons have a great experience while keeping themselves and staff safe

All infants under the age of 4 years will be admitted free of charge and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who has a paid admission or season pass.

All children 8 years of age and younger MUST be accompanied and supervised in the water by a responsible parent/guardian at all times and within arms reach.

All children ages 9-10 years of age MUST be accompanied and supervised by a responsible parent/guardian at all times.

All swimmers must wear proper swimming attire.  No t-shirts, cutoffs, shorts or clothing made of cotton are permitted as swimwear. 

Street shoes are not permitted on the pool deck.

All patrons must shower before entering the pool.

Infants must wear leak-proof swim pants.

All long hair MUST be tied back.

Tempered glass goggles are not permitted to be used at the facility. 

To enter the deep end of the pool, all swimmers must be able to complete three widths of the pool, under the supervision of a lifeguard.  There will be no exceptions. 

Inflatable toys, buoyant objects or diving equipment are not permitted in the pool unless specific authority is provided by the lifeguard in charge.

NO breath holding of any kind.

Swimming under the diving board or slide exit is prohibited.

Please stay off the dividing wall.

Roughhousing, backflips or any behavior putting others at risk is not permitted. 

If the water temperature is below 70F, the Pool Supervisor has the right to cancel lessons and/or public swim programs

Refunds may be provided for swimming lessons if cancellation notice is given 1 week PRIOR to the start of lessons.

Decision of the lifeguard is final.


From the Public Health Act

No person infected with a communicable disease or having open sores on his or her body, shall enter the pool.

NO person shall bring a glass container onto the deck area of the pool or facility.

NO person shall engage in play hazardous to other persons in and around the pool or facility.

 


Storm Policy 

At the onset of lightening or thunder – pool staff will immediately clear the pool of all individuals and close the pool.

The pool will remain closed for a minimum of 30 minutes following each strike of lightening or thunder.

No one will be permitted in the water at this time, and absolutely no exceptions will be made.
